Women's Boxing
Same standard, women only.
A women-only session run to exactly the same coaching standard as everything else on the timetable - not a lighter version of it. Learn the fundamentals, work the pads and get properly fit in a room where nobody is watching you learn.
Beginner friendly. Women, 14+.
THE SESSION
A room where everybody learns
The coaching is identical to every other class on the timetable - stance, footwork, pads and combination work - run in a women-only room. It is not a "boxercise" watered-down version of boxing; it is boxing, coached properly, for women who want to learn it.

Why Ringside
What you're actually getting
- 01
Coaches who box
Sessions are led by boxing coaches, not a fitness instructor running a boxing-themed circuit. Your guard, stance and shot selection get corrected.
- 02
Technique before intensity
Anyone can make you tired. We would rather you left able to throw a straight right properly and got fit as a consequence.
- 03
Performance you can measure
Corner trackers turn a session into numbers you can look back on - punch count, speed, power and work rate - so progress is evidence rather than opinion.
- 04
A room that is easy to walk into
Serious about boxing, relaxed about egos. New members get looked after on their first night rather than left in a corner.
First time
Never boxed before? It's not a bad place to start.
Most people who come through our door have never thrown a punch properly. That is normal, and it is the part we are best at.
- You will not be thrown in at the deep end
- Your first session is stance, movement and pads. Coaches work to your fitness, not the other way round.
- Sparring is optional. Always.
- Plenty of members train here for years and never spar. Nobody is expected to fight.
- You do not need to get fit first
- Fitness is what the training gives you. Turn up as you are and build from there.
- Kit is simple
- Trainers, water, clothes you can move in. We will sort gloves and wraps for a first session.
